Personalised Support to Create Space for Change
Our 1-5 day Intensive Occupational Therapy Service is designed to help you address and overcome key challenges with your mental health and/or neurodiversity. The service is bespoke and therefore tailored to support you to achieve meaningful and sustainable progress.
Occupational Therapy blends the practical and the therapeutic to create meaningful results. For example, one client redesigned her bedroom to reflect her identity and support her independence. This helped her process grief, explore her sense of self, and develop a space she loved. Another client used the service to learn how to live independently in preparation for university.

What We Offer
- Environmental Optimisation: Using neuroarchitecture principles to reimagine your home or workspace, creating an environment that reduces stress, enhances focus, and supports your daily life.
- Transformational Coaching: Working intensively with your therapist to tackle specific goals or challenges, gaining the motivation and tools to create meaningful change.
- Creative Exploration: Utilising creative methods, such as drama therapy or filmmaking to explore personal expression, to build confidence and process emotions.
- Preparation for change: Building relevant skills to support a change in circumstances or environment such as starting university, a new job, a family separation or house move.
Why Environment Matters
Your physical environment has a profound impact on mental health. Neuroarchitecture shows that spaces designed with intention can:
- Promote emotional regulation and focus
- Reduce stress and overwhelm
- Foster independence and confidence
Case study
We worked with an 18 year old with ADHD, ASD and related challenges with emotional regulation. Together, we cleared out the space, designed and created a functional, distraction-free environment fully utilising all research in this field to help support A-Level revision. Not only did the client report a significant increase in productivity and motivation but they also addressed some challenging topics therapeutically because they felt relaxed and engaged in the process – rather than being “stuck” in a traditional therapy room.
