Mental Health
Occupational Therapy.
Off the couch.
Psychological understanding paired with the hands-on, functional expertise to turn that understanding into real, everyday action.
When you work with us, you get the whole team behind you.
Most private mental health OT in the UK is delivered by individual clinicians working on their own. We’ve built something different: a team-based practice where every client is supported by a clinician who is, in turn, supported by a team of 35 OTs and OTAs, weekly supervision and a shared clinical model.
It means your OT brings the depth of one experienced clinician and the breadth of the team behind them. If your needs change, or a different specialism would help, we have the colleagues to bring in. You don’t have to start again somewhere new.
A clinician supported by their team can show up calmer, more thoughtful and more present for you.
Weekly peer supervision and case reflection means your OT is never working in isolation, and your care is never one person’s opinion alone.
Clinical standards held by the team, not the individual. If something isn’t the right fit, we say so — and we have colleagues who can help instead.
Four ways into our practice.
Whatever you are navigating, every new client begins with an online consultation. We triage your enquiry, allocate the right OT, and shape what comes next around you.
