Here at Purpose People we also offer life coaching sessions. This can complement recovery and can bring about a change in perspective that can be exciting and aid further growth.

Coaching is a perfect partner to occupational therapy. Several members of our team are qualified life coaches having undergone independent formal training and passed the necessary assessment process required to deliver this transformational approach. Depending on your needs, we offer stand-alone coaching, stand-alone OT, or a combination of both approaches.

Your Life Coach will support you through a series of useful productive conversations where space is created to reflect on your values, gain new insights and find different perspectives. Sometimes, a new approach or different way of thinking can lead to a healthier balance at work or at home.

Being a carer, living with neurodiversity, illness, grief, divorce, house move, career change… whatever the reason, we understand that life can be challenging. If you feel stuck in any part of your life, life coaches are skilled at working with you to achieve optimal living and accessing your inner strength to make positive choices and changes.

A Life Coach meets with their clients on equal terms and works in partnership to enquire, learn and find solutions. With these solutions in hand, together we can design goals and plan how you will implement them in order to move forward in your life.

Jill and the qualified coaches in our team practice mindful coaching. By learning to value the quality of the moment, and noticing the here and now, you can move forward with a deeper sense of self-worth and self-compassion. This is highly effective for achieving lasting positive change and balance.

I came to Jill after dropping out of university twice and was struggling to think of something I could do next. In the back of my mind, as always, was music. Jill made me feel able to open up about my passion for music and was the encouraging voice I needed to hear at that time to pursue a career in the industry.
