Depending on your needs, we offer stand-alone coaching, stand-alone OT, or a combination of both approaches. We also offer specific neurodiversity coaching with our specially trained ADHD and ASD OT Coaches to help identify and overcome the specific challenges and embrace the unique strengths found within the neurodiverse spectrum.
Here at Purpose People we also offer life coaching sessions. This can complement recovery and can bring about a change in perspective that can be exciting and aid further growth.

I came to Jill after dropping out of university twice and was struggling to think of something I could do next. In the back of my mind, as always, was music. Jill made me feel able to open up about my passion for music and was the encouraging voice I needed to hear at that time to pursue a career in the industry.
