I’m a qualified Co-Active Leadership and Life Coach, an accredited Relationship Dynamics First Coach and a trained Climate Change Coach. I coach creatives, rising leaders, leaders and change makers in both the corporate and not for profit sectors. The organisations my clients work at include the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the Royal Navy. In addition to my private practice I also develop and deliver leadership and team development programmes, pioneer a new model of leadership with She Leads Change, and coach innovators in the Royal Airforce with Public. When I’m not coaching or facilitating, I’m looking after two little live wires, aged 6 and 8, roaming free on the Sussex Down with my dog Freddie or reading everything and anything to do with human growth and development.
