Vignesh Vyas is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, and a certified ADOS-2 and ADHD Assessor with extensive experience across a range of clinical settings. He has worked within CAMHS, Local Authorities, Mental Health inpatient units, and Recovery Colleges, supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs.

His specialist research area is Therapeutic Filmmaking – an innovative, solution and goal-focused approach he developed that integrates occupational therapy with the creative process of filmmaking. This method empowers individuals to reflect on their experiences, develop insight, and foster personal growth through storytelling and filmmaking.

Vignesh presents his work internationally and publishes research on Therapeutic Filmmaking and post-traumatic growth.
