Sula Bruce

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Sula is an Occupational Therapy Assistant and ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with extensive experience supporting individuals 1:1 as well as working alongside leaders and teams. Her background spans facilitation, training, and team leadership, with a strong focus on helping people navigate change, build confidence, and strengthen day-to-day functioning.

She brings a calm, relational, and person-centred approach, supporting individuals to reconnect with what matters to them, improve communication, and develop more sustainable ways of living and working. Sula works with care and sensitivity, balancing compassion with gentle challenge, and adapting her approach to each person’s needs and pace.

Sula has led complex projects and large-scale events across women’s empowerment, sustainable development, climate change, and the aid and international development sector. She has also worked as a ski instructor and ski leader, supporting and guiding people to build skills, confidence, and trust in themselves in unfamiliar or demanding environments.

Across all her work, Sula is known for creating psychologically safe, respectful spaces where people feel supported, understood, and able to take meaningful steps forward.
