Natalie Massey
Natalie has experience working in person-centred roles, with a background in support work and community-based care. She is currently working as an Occupational Therapy Associate, supporting individuals to develop independence, confidence, and structure in their everyday lives.
Alongside her associate experience, Natalie has over 20 years’ experience in hairdressing, where she developed strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the link between self-care, confidence, and identity. She brings this unique perspective into her practice, recognising the importance of both emotional wellbeing and daily routines in supporting individuals to thrive.
Her experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, ADHD, autism, and challenges with executive functioning. Natalie takes a practical, holistic approach, helping people to break down daily tasks, build sustainable routines, and develop strategies that feel achievable and meaningful to them.
Natalie is a strong advocate for person-centred care and values building genuine, trusting relationships with the people she supports. She brings warmth, patience, and consistency to her work, creating a safe space where individuals feel understood and empowered.
Outside of her professional role, Natalie has a love for animals and the outdoors, and enjoys incorporating movement and nature into everyday wellbeing wherever possible.
