Jill Martin

Co-Founder and Clinical Lead

Jill is an experienced qualified Occupational Therapist, with over 30 years of clinical work under her belt. She has worked in both the NHS and in private clinics and is committed to bringing best practice and awareness to this key area of therapeutic work. She is also a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP master practitioner. Expert in emotional wellbeing and lifestyle management, Jill works in partnership with her clients, designing the necessary steps to utilise their inner resources and achieve positive change.

Jill trained at St. Loye’s School of Occupational Therapy, graduating in 1993. She practised Occupational Therapy (OT) in the NHS across multiple community and hospital based mental health services including general psychiatric care, addictions, over 65’s, eating disorders, and child & adolescent services.

Jill is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). She is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy and the International Coach Federation.

Her practice is a hybrid model which blends elements of Occupational Therapy with Coaching, Psychotherapy with Neuroscience and Creativity with Mindfulness.

She is an associate member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and is therefore bound by a strict ethical code of conduct.
