Bridget McCabe
Bridget McCabe is an Occupational Therapy Assistant who has worked in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health field since 2008, supporting young people, their parents, and wider families through a compassionate and holistic approach.
Bridget brings a wealth of experience from her previous professions as a Registered General Nurse in the NHS, a Naturopath, and a qualified Psychotherapist. She also integrates her expertise as an Animal-Assisted Therapist, working alongside both horses and dogs to support emotional growth, regulation, and engagement.
Bridget is passionate about helping people to identify where they feel “stuck” and guiding them towards meaningful change and greater wellbeing.
Outside of her professional work, Bridget enjoys dog walking, dance, and promoting inclusion and belonging for all.
