Ally is a compassionate, empathetic, and committed OT Assistant and coach whose infectious positivity helps clients find joy in their lives. Ally has specialist experience as a recovery coach, with a wide range of experience in working with both eating disorders and addiction recovery.

Throughout her work, Ally has supported clients with a variety of issues including OCD, ADHD, anxiety and depression, grief, and loss. She works with a number of different mental health and holistic professionals, as well as in-patient and outpatient services within the UK and internationally.

Ally takes a non-dogmatic, client-centered approach and aims to empower her clients to build their own self-agency and resilience. She is from a creative background having worked for many years in magazine styling and event design, and loves using her creativity in her coaching. She is endlessly curious and a life-long learner, taking part in many workshops, conferences, and talks to keep up to date with current thinking and treatment modalities. Alongside coaching, Ally is currently training as a psychotherapist at Regent’s University London.

In her spare time, she loves yoga, swimming, walks on Hampstead Heath and rummaging around vintage shops.
