Amy Middleton

Registered Occupational Therapist

Amy studied her undergraduate in psychology and has recently completed her masters degree in occupational therapy. She had previously worked in inpatient acute and rehabilitative mental health settings as an occupational therapy assistant, supporting individuals with chronic mental health conditions to develop and learn new skills to increase their independence before discharge. Now she uses her clinical reasoning to identify which challenges may be preventing an individual from achieving their fullest potential, and works with them to facilitate engagement in activities which are meaningful to them and to improve their quality of life.

She loves drawing, learning new crafts, playing chess, 80’s music and cooking. She also loves animals and escaping London to be in the countryside!
